How to Restrict User to add Attachment in SharePoint List?

Every time we create a supporting list for any of the functionality, SharePoint by default enable certain settings into it e.g: Show this list in Quick launch, Launch form in Dialog, etc. In this there is one more setting which is default enabled which is an “Attachment” settings. 

If we need to disable this setting please follow the steps below

1. Open the list setting page on which you want to restrict user to add attachment
   
2. Click on “Advance Settings” link under General Settings
3. Click on “Disabled” under “Attachment” section
   
4. Click on “Save” button

This will restrict user to add attachment in the list.
