Katalon execution results can be reported in Microsoft Teams by using this Add-on.
Make sure you have latest version of Katalon Studio downloaded. To Send execution report in Microsoft Teams we need to follow below steps.
Configurations in Microsoft Teams:
Step1: Navigate to Microsoft Teams where you need execution reports. Click on more option (…) for selected Team.
Step2: Click on Connectors option
Step3: Search for “Incoming Webhook”. System will show below below result then Click on Add Button.
Step4: Enter Webhook name and click on Create button. ( you can provide any name you want)
Step5: As showed below, System will general URL which you need to copy. Copy the URL generated (by clicking on copy to clipboard button) and click on Done.
Configurations in Katalon Studio:
Now install and configure microsoft teams addon and configure it with Katalon by following below steps.
Step1: Install the “Microsoft Teams Integration” from link https://store.katalon.com/product/77/Microsoft-Teams-Integration
Step2: Install the latest version of katalon studio. version 6.1.5 or above.
Step3: Launch the Katalon Studio. Reload the plugins by Clicking on Reload Plugins in Plugin Store Dropdown available at top right corner.
Step4: Go to settings in Project.
Step5: Click on Microsoft Teams in Plugins. Enter Incoming Webhook which is copied from teams. Click on Ok.
Step6: Create Test Suite with different test cases. After running them you will get execution report in Microsoft Teams in below format.
