- 2+ years of experience building software or web applications in Ruby / Rails and deeper understanding of RoR stack.
- Strong hands-on experience

- On any framework in ruby : Watir, Capybera, Faraday
- Writing APIs and services with Ruby on Rails
- Creating back-end components.
- Integrating data storage solutions
- Experience with REST API.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills that provide flexible and well considered solutions.
- Writing and maintaining reliable Ruby code.
- Very good logical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Quick learner and a good team player.
- Knowledge / Experience of agile development methodologies.
