Inside Sales Executive

To fuel our growth in this space, we are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate Sales Associate to contribute to generating business. - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Generate leads, referrals, and sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Must have experience in the US voice-calling and chat process.

- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Arranging online meetings with prospective clients for demos
- Self-motivated to meet sales targets regularly
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service
- Should have min 6 months of telesales or US voice-calling and chat process experience in the process
- Extensive experience in inside sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive and aptitude for meeting aggressive deadlines
- Excellent time management.
- Efficient at utilizing computer-based tools to accomplish tasks and communicate with others.
- Discover new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email-marketing
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Share qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Achieve lead generation monthly and quarterly quotas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Ed Tech Sales preferred
- Comfortable to work in US/Night shifts
