Required Knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Skills
  • Extensive experience in inside sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and aptitude for meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent time management.
  • Efficient at utilizing computer-based tools to accomplish tasks and communicate with others.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Discover new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email-marketing
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Share qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Achieve lead generation monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Build, maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory/industry
