Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with a strong understanding of SharePoint out-of-the-box features.
- In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and functionalities.
- Proficiency in working with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server editions.
- Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for building modern web parts and extensions.
- Strong command of client-side technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for UI development.
- Ability to customize SharePoint using out-of-the-box features, including workflows, lists, libraries, and content types.
- Experience in integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and PowerShell.
- Strong coding skills in C# for server-side development and creating custom SharePoint solutions.
- Knowledge of SharePoint REST API and Microsoft Graph API for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Experience with web services and API integrations for connecting SharePoint with external systems.
- Proficient in using Power Apps for building custom forms and applications.
- Knowledge of Power Automate (Flow) for workflow automation in SharePoint.
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration tasks, including site collection management, user permissions, and security configurations.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git, for managing source code and collaborating with the development team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and optimize SharePoint solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug SharePoint applications efficiently.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest SharePoint and Microsoft 365 advancements.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders, team members, and end-users effectively.
- Collaborative approach to working with other developers, administrators, and business users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions using out-of-the-box features, SPFX, React, and UI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SharePoint applications.
- Utilize scripting languages to enhance SharePoint functionalities and create custom solutions.
- Work with APIs to integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications.
- Design and develop Power Apps solutions to enhance business processes.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft deployment guidelines and best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and SharePoint advancements to bring innovative solutions to the team.
- Collaborate with other developers and contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment.
- Document development processes, procedures, and code for future reference.
